Who am I dealing with on this site?

Tyler Brandt Bowling. That's the name on the site, the books and the membership.

Is this site watching what I do?

No. There's no account and no sign-up form. Nothing from Google or Facebook tracking you. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts.

The pages sit on Cloudflare's servers. Cloudflare processes your IP address to get the pages to you and keep them protected.

What happens when I use a video link or scan a QR code?

We jot down the time, which video or link you used, the page you landed on and your country.

We also make a scrambled code from your IP address. We never keep the IP address, and the code can't be reversed back into it. That's how I learn which videos actually help folks.

There's one small cookie, good for 30 days. All it does is remember what version of the book page you got, so it looks the same next visit. That's the only cookie the site sets. Hotmart's checkout runs its own cookies under Hotmart's policy.

Do you see my credit card when I buy?

Nope. Hotmart takes down your name, email, billing info and payment details. The card number never comes to me.

Then Hotmart fills us in: your email, your country, what you bought, what it cost and which video or link sent you. For book orders, we only keep your email in scrambled form.

What if I start buying and back out?

Maybe you don't finish, or the payment doesn't go through. Hotmart may pass us your name and email.

We might send you up to two reminder emails. A single click shuts them off. And if you already bought, we won't write at all.

What do you know about me once I join?

Hotmart passes along who you are and where: name, email, country, time zone. Then come your membership status and dates, plus the video or link you came from. We keep that to send your letters.

Our letters also tell us if they got delivered and which links you clicked.

Do you hold on to my emails?

Your message and your email get saved so we can write back.

The full raw copy of your email gets deleted after 90 days. The text of the message stays, so we can keep the conversation straight.

Do you use AI when you write back?

It can happen. An AI writing assistant may help us draft replies, so you hear back quicker. Your message goes to it for that one job only.

Are you selling my info to somebody?

No. We never sell or rent your personal information. We never hand it over for advertising.

What do you actually use my info for?

Getting you your books and letters. Answering your questions. Handling refunds. Seeing which videos help.

Who else touches my info?

Three outfits. Hotmart does payments, book delivery and membership billing. Resend gets our emails out. Cloudflare hosts the site, keeps our data and takes in the email you send us.

Every one of them has its own privacy policy.

How do I stop the emails or get my data deleted?

Hit the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or reply with the word “unsubscribe.”

Anybody in the US can ask to see, correct or delete their data, California folks included. Email business@tylerbowls.com. You'll hear back within 30 days.

The law requires Hotmart to keep its own purchase records, and it does.

How long do you keep my stuff?

Member data stays as long as you're a member, or until you ask us to delete it. Order records stay as long as the law says.

If you unsubscribe, we keep just a scrambled “do not email” note, so you never get emailed again.

Is this site for kids?

No. The books and the membership are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

How will I know if you change this?

We'll update this page and the “Last updated” date.
